TERMS OF USE

The GlobalTrade Hub website was created as a platform for buying and selling expensive, high-value, large-sized goods, animals, real estate, and services worldwide. To ensure the safety of the marketplace and its users, the platform has terms of use and a list of rules that must be followed by all parties in their interactions. When a person creates an account, they sign a virtual contract "Terms and Rules of Using this Website" and undertake to comply with all conditions and rules prescribed therein.

GlobalTrade Hub reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily or permanently terminate the account of a buyer (seller), as well as all associated accounts.

At the same time, the marketplace bears no liability and does not compensate for losses or damages arising as a result of or in connection with such actions.

GlobalTrade Hub is an online platform where independent sellers from all over the world offer their products, and buyers can choose the best offer, negotiate in the website's internal chat, and place an order.

1. Personal Data

By registering an account, the buyer (seller) agrees that their contact information will be included in the GlobalTrade Hub database, and the user permits GlobalTrade Hub and its partners to share this information with other users or use it in accordance with the marketplace's privacy policy.

GlobalTrade Hub has the right to request additional identification documents to verify the data in the buyer's (seller's) account. Ignoring such a request from the marketplace administration may lead to loss of access to the account.

Email newsletters and mobile app notifications can be enabled or disabled in the website and app settings.

2. Concluding Transactions between Buyer and Seller

GlobalTrade Hub provides an electronic web platform for exchanging information and concluding online buy-sell transactions for goods and services between buyers and sellers. The marketplace reserves the right to limit certain capabilities and features of the platform for specific participants.

Buyers and sellers bear full responsibility for establishing and complying with the terms of transactions conducted on GlobalTrade Hub. This includes, but is not limited to, payment terms, returns, warranties, shipping, insurance, fees, taxes, ownership rights, licenses, fines, permits, handling, transportation, and storage.

3. Purchases from Multiple Accounts or Multi-Accounting

Multi-accounting on GlobalTrade Hub means the use of multiple buyer accounts by a single person to obtain various advantages or bypass limitations set by the platform.

The rules of GlobalTrade Hub prohibit the creation and use of multiple accounts by a single user for the purpose of deception or violation of the terms of use. The marketplace insists that each buyer has only one active account.

Multi-accounting may include creating multiple accounts to avoid limits or receive additional discounts and bonuses that may only be available to new users. Frequently, this method is used to bypass the limit on using coupons and promo codes in orders.

Violation of this rule is punished by canceling the buyer's rating, temporary or permanent account suspension. One of the possible restrictions may also be blocking the ability to pay for new orders, and a sign of such sanctions is error code SC_1.

4. Buyer Protection Program

GlobalTrade Hub bears no liability for any issues related to shipping, product quality, payment for goods and services, returns, or other disputes; all these rules and conditions must be reflected in mutual transactions and contracts between the buyer and the seller.

GlobalTrade Hub is solely a venue for advertising, search, and concluding agreements for the purchase and sale of goods and services posted on the marketplace.

5. Published Content

GlobalTrade Hub provides users with the ability to publish content via private messages, reviews, questions and answers, and other methods, which applies to photos, images, audio, video, and text content only within the website's internal chat.

  • • Spam and advertising (cashback services, price matchers, etc.);

6. Penalties for Violating Rules

GlobalTrade Hub reserves the right to take any actions it deems necessary to prevent violations. The marketplace may send a warning letter to a member if their violations are considered minor, or suspend access to the platform if the violations are deemed serious. Furthermore, all incidents are logged, and the decision of GlobalTrade Hub is final and not subject to appeal. The administration of GlobalTrade Hub may penalize a buyer for ignoring and violating the platform's rules with the following disciplinary measures:

  • • Cancellation of the buyer's rating;
  • • Temporary account suspension or restrictions on using certain features;
  • • Permanent account suspension without the possibility of recovery.

In the event of suspension of the violator's account, the administration may also impose sanctions on other accounts that contain identical shipping address, payment details, IP address, email address, or registration data. The penalization of associated accounts (different user profiles) is applied at the discretion of the GlobalTrade Hub administration.
