No Responsibility for Listed Items

We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, authenticity, or safety of items listed on this platform. All transactions are conducted at the buyer's and seller's own risk. We strongly encourage buyers to verify all claims independently before committing to a purchase.

No Warranty

GlobalTrade Hub makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding any item listed on this platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of descriptions, the quality, condition, authenticity, legality, or fitness for any purpose of any item. Buyers purchase entirely at their own risk.

Returns & Refunds

All return, refund, and exchange arrangements are solely between the buyer and seller. GlobalTrade Hub is not a party to any transaction and bears no responsibility for any return request, refund dispute, or failure to complete a return. We strongly recommend buyers and sellers agree on return terms before completing any transaction.

Dispute Resolution

GlobalTrade Hub does not mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise intervene in any dispute between buyers and sellers. In the event of a disagreement, the parties are responsible for resolving it directly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in reported disputes pending investigation.

High-Value Goods

Items listed on this platform may be of significant monetary value. Buyers are advised to conduct thorough due diligence, request documentation, and seek professional advice before completing any high-value transaction.

In-Platform Communication Required

All communication between buyers and sellers must take place exclusively through the platform's built-in messaging system. Sharing external contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or third-party chat links) is strictly prohibited.

Accounts found sharing external contact information outside of the platform's messaging system may be suspended or permanently banned without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlobalTrade Hub, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with the use of this platform or any transaction conducted through it.
